Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
1. All Sales Are Final
All book sales made through this website are final. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your book arrives damaged in transit, I will replace it at no cost to you.
To qualify for a replacement:
- Contact me at viola@violaestrella.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a photo of the damage/defect.
- Once verified, a replacement copy will be shipped to you.
3. Exclusions
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Minor cosmetic issues (slight bends, scuffs from shipping)
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect personalization requests provided by the buyer
4. Shipping Errors
If your package is lost due to an address entered incorrectly by the buyer, replacements will not be issued. Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout.
